Allen Bierbaum, Vice President Technology
Allen brings a broad range of technical and software management skills to his position as leader of the Priority 5 software development team.
He is one of the original developers of VR Juggler and has been involved in the development of numerous VR applications. Allen has produced many referenced publications, technology demonstrations, and invited presentations. These include presentations at the top conferences in the field of real-time immersive visualization. He has been invited to CAVETM software development workshops to act as a VR software expert and to teach about VR application development.
Allen holds a Ph.D. in Computer Engineering from Iowa State University. His Ph.D. research focused on software architectures for large-scale, distributed virtual environments.
