Event Planning & Exercise Planner

The Multi-Agency Aggregation Planning System (MAAPS) application provides users from multiple agencies the capability to virtually coordinate and manage event specific information for planned special events.
MAAPS is a sophisticated geospatial event planning system that utilizes a proven unified command methodology. Designed to organize disparate agency efforts, MAPPS is the one tool that allows your organization to plan, exercise, implement, and share information for your next event with maximum efficiency and effectiveness.
Using an interactive timeline with common major milestones, users from multiple agencies or departments can establish a sequence of events and establish a hierarchy of the virtual binders containing information pertinent to each event. Each event may have a set of virtual binders associated with it and controls to set the TACCS™ canvas and alter the state of affected assets.
MAAPS contains applications to build event specific timelines, organize information into binders, and capture costs. Information that can be geospatially captured includes:
-
Map overlays of road closures, crowd barriers, first aid stations, and security checkpoints
-
Contact rosters for in field agents and collaborating agencies
-
Images of event specific infrastructure
-
Specific Infrastructure configurations in support of the event
-
Event schedules
-
Event procedures
-
Specific special event data feeds
